Average 4-week Weight Loss for Men: 6.85% of body weight
Clients ranged in weight from 222 to 572 pounds, with an average weight of 334 pounds. During our four-week program, males lost an average of 23 pounds.
Average 4-week Weight Loss for Women: 6.47% of body weight
Women, whose average weight was 236 pounds (ranging from 160 to 379 pounds), lost an average of 15 pounds in the four week program.
