A Typical Day at Structure House

Because we believe that structure is the key to long-term weight loss, the daily schedule at Structure House is well thought out and planned in advance. All residents participate in a wide variety of classes and activities based on their needs and goals.

The sample schedule below is just one example of how a participant may spend a day at Structure House, filling in any free time with classes from our master schedule or individual nutrition, fitness, medical and therapeutic appointments. Participants may also elect to have personal training, a massage, quiet time to relax, or go sightseeing in Durham.

The courses listed in this master schedule are just a small sample of the extensive curriculum that is offered at Structure House. Our therapists host theme weeks once a month and certain classes change on a rotating basis, ensuring that participants may always choose from a wide selection of fresh material.
